Those who do have access are required to keep your information strictly confidential.

When you place orders or access your personal information, you can rest easy knowing you're using a secure server. All sensitive/payment information you supply is sent via Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology, before it's encrypted into our databases.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Blended Monkey product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Blended Monkey reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

 

Blended Monkey reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Blended Monkey shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

PACKAGING, DELIVERY,
& PAYMENT

Packaging

We use only recycled or sustainably resourced materials to package our products. We do have to use bubble wrap to package the clay pieces in order to protect them from damage, but we beg, borrow, steal, and reuse this wherever possible.

Delivery

All the pieces you see in the gallery have been made as one-off pieces and are therefore ready to be dispatched as soon as an order has been placed and accepted.

Payment

Although our gallery shop is set up to use online payments, we can accept cheques or bank transfers. If you would like to place an order and pay for it by cheque or bank transfer, please send us an email with your request and we'll reserve the item and be in contact with you as soon as possible.
